Mind Shift Almedalen
July 1–4
For four days in Helge And’s ruin in Almedalen, with MIND // SHIFT we want to enable new collaborations, fresh approaches and bold solutions to re-think and reinvigorate debates and practice in mental health.

The ruin with its three floors will form the epicentre of this uprising – with the goal not just to create new attention to this topic but also to go from words to action, and begin to live as we learn. The shift we need can only be achieved through genuine joint effort.
At the bottom of the ruin, we will therefore make room for lectures, conversations and stories. Politicians, researchers, employers, and those struggling with mental health issues – here you can meet, listen and discuss, regardless of background or position.

Creating change is something that must be tried and iterated. The second floor of the ruin will exist for that: to experiment, process and make sense of insights.
Making time and space for contemplation and rest is crucial in all this. The roof of Helge And’s ruin will be MIND // SHIFT’s place for that.
Visit Helge And’s ruin and MIND // SHIFT and be part of solving one of the great challenges of our time.
